All levels of fitness are welcome in all classes. Each class is taught by a certified Group Fitness Instructor who has experience with offering modifications to help everyone feel successful.
HardCore
A challenging 30 minute abdominal and lower back workout that will work every angle of your core.
Ntensity Fit
High Intensity Interval Training workout that focuses on full body strength conditioning paired with various cardio bursts allowing for a greater cardio burn.
Power Circuits
This class incorporates full body strength and cardio exercises into a circuit of 6-10 stations using various equipment.
Power Stretch
An hour of deep stretching for those who just need to “stretch it out.” We move through all the major muscle groups - sure to lease you feeling strong, and full of energy.
Small Group Training
Whether you’re looking to increase strength, lose weight, enhance performance or just looking for a new fitness challenge, SGT can help. This class combines cardio and strength training exercises that will push you to be the best version of yourself. *Additional Fee and minimum of 4 participants.
Strength
This strength training class utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and more tools to tone and burn lots of calories.
TRX
Developed by a Navy Seal, TRX is a highly effective workout using gravity and body weight to build power, strength, balance and mobility along with a killer core.
TRX Fusion
Incorporates numerous TRX suspension exercises along with body weight, light free weights, and cardio. This class will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength..
Yoga
A fresh look at the basics of yoga - great for all levels regardless of flexibility or body shape
Zumba
This fun, easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin music. This is the best way to “dance your worries” and burn a ton of calories without realizing it.
