Latretha Howard

Owner, Trainer

Latretha graduated from Georgia Southern University. She holds a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through Sara City Workshop (SCW).

Latretha has a broad and extensive background in general fitness, core conditioning, and functional training. She's the Strength & Conditioning Coach at The Galloway School. She specializes in teaching an eclectic blend of fitness classes that encompasses and benefits all ages and sizes. From a variety of aerobic conditioning,  strength classes to well coordinated boot camps, she does it all.

Latretha has gone the extra mile and put in time and effort, she has studied, trained, stuck with it, toughed it out and endured it all to become the absolute best at fitness training. Her dedication is unquestionable.  Your goal becomes her goal. She pushes, pulls, nudges, persuades, coaches,  and does whatever it takes, for as long as it takes to get you to where you want to be. She doesn't give up, she doesn't give out. Inch by inch she's in it to win it with you.

A 2025 graduate of Albany State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human and Health Performance. He is a dedicated personal trainer specializing in both one on one and group personal training, as well as sports conditioning.

Braylen’s background as a high school basketball and football player, along with his experience as a Wide Receiver at ASU, has equipped him with a deep understanding of athletic training and performance. Whether you’re aiming to enhance your fitness, reach specific health goals, or improve your sports conditioning - Braylen is here to help you achieve success.

after years of working out and basically living at the gym, I realized that I wanted to help others discover what I had learned about getting in shape. Fitness is life. Getting fit is hard work, but it makes so many different aspects of your life so much better. It not only affects your physical health but it enhances your mental and emotional wellbeing as well. SO, I decided to get my personal Trainers certification and start my mission here at Ntensity fitness. I couldnt have chosen a better fitness family. I specialize in personal and small group training and I also teach hiit classes.

Tanya’s background in nutrition informs her group fitness classes and individual counseling on total body health.
